After Sue Tatham and I got married, she sold her house in Woodstock, Cape Town, South Africa. The day we moved her furniture, Table Mountain was burning extensively and being a Friday, the Muslim Imam was singing prayers over loudspeakers. Burning embers and pieces of charcoal floated down from the sky. It turned out to be a very emotional day for both of us. I also worked with idea of creating a picture within a picture. I regard this as one of my major works.
