This series was done during a time when I collaborated with the poet Louis Esterhuyzen
This painting is part of an exhibition I shared with Marianna Booyens titled “Woord”.
It was held at the University of Stellenbosch Gallery in 2006 and the text was borrowed from poetry by Louis Esterhuizen. The text is from Louis Esterhuizen’s anthology of poetry called Liefland.
